SigmaTron International, Inc. (NASDAQ:SGMA), an electronic manufacturing services (EMS) company, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Able Electronics Corporation, headquartered in Hayward, California with an additional manufacturing facility located in Tijuana, Mexico.
