Opportunities
Able Electronics Corporation, a leading
electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company, is currently looking
for an experienced Sr. Program Manager for our facility in
Tijuana, Mexico.
The successful candidate will be
responsible for managing programs (developing, implementing, and
administering) involving cross-functional teams focused on the delivery
of a program to external customers. This Program Manager will:
- Monitor customer programs from
initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers on
technical and business matters.
- Act as the main internal focal point
for customers on the successful execution and completion of
their programs.
- Be responsible for building the
relationships within designated accounts with a focus on
identifying program enhancement and expansion opportunities.
- Have overall program management
responsibility on accounts, including maximizing profitability
and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately complete internal
production coordination documentation, including program
definitions, work orders, change orders and other administrative
documents for job completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of
seven (7) years experience in a senior, hands-on Program Manager
position in an Electronics Contact Manufacturing Environment a
must.
- Proficiency in computer work
including MS Word, Excel, and adeptness in utilizing different
manufacturing systems to perform daily responsibilities.
- Experience in a role of main focal
point for assigned customers with a proven track record of high
customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of all facets of
Manufacturing Operations (from order entry through shipment to
customer). Experience
in revenue forecasting, gross margins, operating income, and
other financial aspects of account is critical. Excellent
interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
required.
- Strong organizational skills with
the ability to multi-task and stay focused.
- Must be a motivated individual able
to work autonomously.
- Willingness to travel to our
corporate headquarters in Hayward California on an occasional
basis is a must.
Work Environment:
- ESD Controlled Facility.
- Hazardous Materials on site. (i.e.
flux, alcohol and lead)
